Berkeley Homes are in the money …

They are the developers who due to implement their masterplan for the Oval Gasholder site (with the help of Lambeth planning officers paid for by Berkeley Homes) and who are now providing the required 35% affordable housing, but at a price: e.g. substantial height increases in an area not designated for tall buildings, setting a precedent, less than the required green space, extra private parking to go with luxury flats, all breaking Lambeth’s own planning rules/guidance. And I think it’s safe to say it’s all about greed:
