Graphite Square is being considered for redevelopment. The initial consultation will commence on the 25th April, from when it will be possible to access plans on line (details of which will be included in next week’s newsletter).

The site is located in Vauxhall, to the north of Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens. It is bound by Jonathan Street to the north, Wogan Street to the east, Glasshouse Walk to the south and Vauxhall Walk to the west.

The proposals are to transform an underutilised and neglected site with a vibrant mixed-use development that includes flexible office space and high quality private and affordable homes. The scheme will also create improved pedestrian links through the site and an enhanced pubic realm.

The exhibition will give you an opportunity to meet the development team, have your questions answered and leave feedback.
