News about the Garden Bridge

Lately the Evening Standard and engineers Arup unveiled a totally misleading image of the Garden Bridge in the following link http://www.standard.co.uk/news/london/pictured-how-the-garden-bridge-could-look-in-spring-a3203336.html#gig_comment_id=6404bb7f004b462c9838578412008d3b It is quite inaccurate as there won’t be any grass on the bridge itself.

And where are the 9000 commuters that are supposed to use it as an essential mode of transport? Or the additional 1500 tourists? The  Garden Bridge Trust themselves admit there would be a maximum  of 2500 people on the bridge at peaks times – so where are they?

At the bottom of this article is a basic poll: should the garden bridge be built? I do hope you vote NO. (Please spread the link)

Best wishes

P.S. Please read this article by Joel Taylor which counters the latest (again misleading) video propaganda featured in the ES  http://www.joeltaylorwrites.blogspot.co.uk/2016/03/if-only-there-was-some-green-space-in.html?m=1
