Creative Sparkworks – Can you help?

Creative Sparks is looking for a basic microwave and a small fridge for their trainees’ kitchen and would be very grateful if anyone could provide these.

Creative Sparks is a grassroots  community arts charity based in north Lambeth since 2008, recently  moved into great new premises at 157 of  the famous Lambeth Walk SE11 6EE. Their friendly tutors offer free visual arts workshops in their specialisms of film & medial, mural painting, mosaic and ceramic, printmaking, creative stitchcraft, for people from all walks of life.  They work with young unemployed adults giving them skills training with well-paid work placements, they work with the over 55s on their Valuing Older People courses; they welcome  vulnerable groups and young offenders to give them a place to live more, laugh more and learn.  If you’d like to come along, you’re more than welcome – they have a range of programs and workshops you can join!  You can also hire the premises for your own exhibition or event.

If you are able to provide either of these items, please contact Sylvia Edwards on 0789 0987586 or sylvia.edwards@creative-sparkworks.org
