Tate South Lambeth Library – while no one was looking …

Richborne Terrace repaving & new flower beds

Sent in by a Richborne Terrace resident “Richborne Terrace residents were out in full bloom on Saturday 3rd October for their Big Plant Off.  Residents persuaded Lambeth Council to re-pave the street and in the process create seven flower beds.
