Invite to a second round of public consultation for the proposed redevelopment of 36-46 Albert Embankment

  • Thursday 9 July 2015 – 3pm-8pm at the Tea House Theatre,
    139 Vauxhall Walk, London SE11 5HL
  • Saturday 11 July 2015 – 11am-2pm at the Vauxhall Gardens Community Centre, 5 Glasshouse Walk, London, SE11 5ES

“We are writing to you on behalf of Hotchkiss Ltd, the owner of 36-46 Albert Embankment, which is currently occupied by the Texaco petrol station and Vintage House buildings. Ocubis is the development manager for the site owner and we are working with Make Architects on proposals that will regenerate this stretch of Albert Embankment.

Following our first round of public consultation, held in November last year, we have taken on board the comments and feedback and developed our plans to:

  • Reduce the planned number of homes from 200 to up to 170
  • Retain and regenerate both of the Vintage House buildings
  • Substantially increase the amount of office space within the development
  • Reduce the bulk and mass of the buildings and introduce more verticality to the design

We have also further developed the architectural detail of the proposals and are in the process of creating artist impressions of what the buildings would look like.

We will also be holding two public consultation drop-in sessions on the plans, where you can see the latest images, find out more about the proposals and give your feedback on the plans directly to the project team.

Please join us on:
