An international design competition for a new pedestrian and cycle bridge across the Thames between Pimlico and Nine Elms has attracted more than 70 applicants, including entries from some of the world’s most renowned architects and engineers.
The designs received will be revealed at special exhibitions to be held on both sides of the river, offering the chance to view these early bridge design ideas and to provide feedback. They will also be published online at www.nepbridgecompetition.co.uk next week.
